Does anyone get ‘flare ups’ of their ED. Like one week you can be fine with eating whatever foods you like then the next you can’t even look at food from the fear of gaining.
Or am I just a fake hoe?
I feel this.
sometimes i forget people find 1000 calories really low
There’s soooo much amazing food in the world like pizza, mac n’ cheese, ice cream, cake, steak, pasta and a million other yummy things. You might think that if you don’t eat that cookie you might die, but guess what babe? All of this food will still be there when you’re thin. If you don’t eat that cookie you’ve been eyeballing for an hour now, nothing will happen princess. But if you DO eat it, you’ll feel beaten down and horrible, and it won’t even be worth it. Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels, honey. Food will always be there, but if you don’t change. So will your fat.
august can be your month.
there is nothing stopping you from reaching your goals but you.
let go of all the mistakes that happened in july and make august the month you turn your life around.
stay safe, stay strong, get thin.

5. How old are you?
23
14. Do you play any instruments?
Yes! But not well. I play violin :)
6. What triggered your ed?
Honestly there’s not one thing I can pinpoint it on. I’ve always been praised for being thin and most of my family are clinically obese, I knew I never wanted that, and of course the praise was nice. I definitely get treated differently when I weigh less. When I first started it was also one of the only things I had complete control over when there was a lot of crazy going on in my life.
1 week- scale starts to change minorly
2 weeks- scale starts to change majorly
3 weeks- minor change in face
4 weeks- minor change in stomach
5 weeks- change in legs
and so on. Don’t stop because you didn’t see an immediate change. Keep going because you know that you can do it. Prove them all wrong
